Ready, steady… pancake!
Looking for a fun, family-friendly way to spend Valentine’s Day in Frome? On 14th February, the much-loved Stacks of Love pancake race returns — and it all begins just outside the Blue House.
Throughout the event, groups of six runners will set off in 10-minute waves, racing up to Boyle Cross while flipping their heart-shaped frying pans (complete with fabric pancakes) along the way.
There will be themed races for children, grandparents and open categories, as well as pancake-tossing competitions at Boyle Cross for those who prefer to stay put, ensuring there really is something for everyone to enjoy.
We’ll also be serving light refreshments from a stall in our courtyard, with all donations supporting our Tricentennial Campaign.
